You can also book an appointment at our private, in-home spray tan studio, designed for clients who’d rather not host a session in their own space. Cancellation Policy
At Golden Glow Co., we value your time and ours. To ensure the best possible experience for all of our clients, we kindly ask that you review and respect our cancellation policy below:
Appointment Cancellations:
We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us time to fill your spot and serve other glow-getters on our waitlist.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows:
* Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
* No-shows will be charged 50% of the service total and may require prepayment for future bookings.
Late Arrivals:
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment and a late cancellation fee may apply.
